vinyasa and warrior’s flow
gentle vinyasa
In Vinyasa the approach to the practice is fluid and dynamic, with emphasis on the breath, alignment and intelligent sequencing. I will invite you into a physical and energetic journey, offering a safe space for self exploration, A movement meditation that allows you to unify body, breath, mind and heart and be in the present moment, where our life happens.
Warrior’s flow is a vigorous and more athletic approach to the practice. Inspired in Budokon ® Yoga created by Cameron Shayne and in the amazing practice and teachings of my beloved teacher and Yoga Goddess Shiva Rea. We flow through, a series of asanas, with emphasis on the transitions and the breath rather than on the holding of postures. You will not only gain muscular strength, improve cardiovascular stamina, and increase joint mobility, but you will also develop the skill of precision, focus and deep listening. Mediation in movement.
A slow paced flow to establish a friendly dialogue with the body. Connect to your inner teacher and give the body what it needs. Calm the mind and breath easy :-)
